Refund Policy

Effective and last updated 7 November 2026

The quickest route

Apple and Google process SignMe payments, so refund requests must normally be submitted to the store that charged you. Kiwi Kettle never receives your full card details and cannot directly reverse an App Store or Google Play charge.

Apple App Store purchases

For a SignMe iOS subscription, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, choose “Request a refund,” select the reason, then select SignMe and submit. Apple decides eligibility and sends the outcome. Approval may depend on your country, purchase history and applicable consumer law.

To stop future renewals, cancel separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SignMe → Cancel Subscription. A refund request does not necessarily cancel future renewals, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Google Play purchases

For the Android one-time purchase, use Google Play’s refund request flow. If Google directs you to the developer, email james@kiwikettle.com with the Google Play order number (it begins with GPA), purchase date, and reason. Never send card numbers or passwords.

What happens after a refund

When the store reports that a purchase was refunded or revoked, Unlimited access ends and the app returns to the free-document limit. Documents already saved locally are not deleted. Store processing times and the time for a refund to appear on your payment method are controlled by Apple, Google and your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If you believe a charge was unauthorised, contact the store and your payment provider promptly. For help locating a purchase, email james@kiwikettle.com.
