Your first 3 signed documents are free. Android currently offers a one-time Unlimited purchase through Google Play. iOS offers Monthly and Yearly Unlimited subscriptions; the exact local price is shown by the App Store before you confirm.

On iOS, yes: choose monthly or yearly and cancel anytime in Apple Account subscription settings. On Android, the existing Google Play Unlimited product is a one-time purchase.

Yes. Tap Files to pick a document from anywhere your phone’s file picker can reach, including Google Drive and Downloads. You can also share a PDF or image to SignMe straight from Gmail, WhatsApp or any other app.

PDFs, photos and images (JPG, PNG, WebP and, where your phone supports it, HEIC), and paper documents scanned with your camera. Several photos or scanned pages become one PDF. Word files can’t be opened directly yet: save or print them as PDF first, then open the PDF in SignMe.

Save your document and use Share to send it by email, WhatsApp or any other app. The other person can sign it on their phone with SignMe and send it back.

Yes. Opening, signing, saving and sharing to apps on your phone all work without internet. Purchase checks, the free-use sync, crash reports and sending feedback need a connection.

No. Your documents, signatures and signed copies stay in the app’s private storage on your phone. They leave your phone only when you share, email, print or save them somewhere yourself.

SignMe creates a simple electronic signature — an image of your signature placed on the document. Many organisations and countries accept these for everyday forms, consents and agreements, but some documents need a certified digital signature or a handwritten one. Check what the recipient requires. This isn’t legal advice.

Signatures and initials you create are saved. Next time you tap Signature or Initials, just pick a saved one. Manage them in Settings → Manage saved signatures.

Yes. SignMe asks for the password when you open the file.

Install SignMe with the same store account used to purchase it and tap Settings → Restore purchase. On iOS, the subscription must still be active.

The iOS app is ad-free and contains no advertising SDK. A currently published Android release may still show a banner; a future Android update may also become ad-free.

Delete any document from its ⋯ menu, and saved signatures in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
